1 Wave Play Day - Wave  5v5 + Clinic

• 6-7 practices before Santa Barbara Showdown

• 2 practices prior to Surf Storm

• 5-6 practices prior to Sand Storm

• Practice may be substituted for a ref'ed scrimmage

• Team Practice locations: typically planned at Glendale HS

• Local Lax Conditioning Day offered one other day  per week (additional sign up for your area)

• Recruiting Showcase: President's Cup (Open Team)
