Returners - This is where you:

1) Make sure your spot at ID Day/Tryouts has been confirmed - must submit I.D.Day/Tryout Form (Form #1 below)

2) Complete Tournament Response Form (Form #2 below)

New players - This is where you:

1) Fill out and submit the New Player: INFO & MEDICAL/EMERGENCY CONTACT FORM with WAIVER (Form #3 below)

2) Complete Tournament Response Form (Form #2 below)

3) Make sure your spot at ID Day/Tryouts has been confirmed - must submit I.D.Day/Tryout Form (Form #1 below)
