Also includes coaches fee, coaches travel, fields and practice, admin, insurance, free practice pinnie. Will incur a 3% online merchant processing fee. It will appear as a shipping charge of $36 upon check out. This fee goes directly to pay Authorize.net for credit card merchant processing - a leading provider of cyber security. These funds do not benefit Wave. Credit card transactions and 3rd party processing for credit card transactions are standard practice for registrations/payments of all kinds and we have chosen to use a very secure provider for our members to use in conjunction with the webstore provider.
Refund Policy
I understand that due to the nature and expense of pre-planned teams, tournaments, travel and practice, LA Wave/Coast to Coast LLC has a similar no refund policy as many sports organizations. In the event of major illness or season-ending injury, a request should be made in writing, accompanied by a doctors medical findings regarding the situation so it can be reviewed. It may be eligible for partial refund, or allocation to the next season at the discretion of LA Wave/Coast to Coach LLC.
