IWLCA PRESIDENT'S CUP with Disney Hotel

Players will stay in shared team rooms in the Disney Resort Hotels, reserved under the tournament policy which requires participating clubs to purchase a minimum number of rooms. Parents can also book these rooms in our block, which will be at a team discount, with a booking deadline.

Flights should be made by October 1 and reported to LA Wave via email initally, or via the shared google doc, so that other families may have the opportunity to get on the same flight. Please do not book flights before Friday Sept 16, as the tournament schedule is still being determined.  We have requested to play Sat & Sun Nov 19, 20, however tournament rules indicate that teams should be ready to play on Fri. The tournament has always been able to manage our request for weekend only games, but please wait until further notice for this to be confirmed. If our games get scheduled Sat & Sun, players need to fly in by Friday at 7pm EST. If games get scheduled for Friday, players need to fly in by Friday at Noon, EST. The team will have a TEAM MEETING the evening of scheduled arrival (time TBA.)
