MS Installment 1- Pay Plan
Due by September 16, 2017. This installment is applied to initial player training/practices, secures player registration and deposits on tournaments. To this first installment the online merchant credit card processing fee will be added. It will appear as a shipping charge of $36 upon check out. This fee goes directly to pay Authorize.net for credit card merchant processing - a leading provider of cyber security. These funds do not benefit Wave. This fee is calculated on the total season payement. However, it will be applied up front only, meaning only applied to the first installment purchase. Transactions 2 and 3 will be processed by Authorize.net, however NO fees will be charged for those.It will appear as a "flat rate" in the "shipping" category upon check out. This fee goes directly to pay Authorize.net for credit card merchant processing - a leading provider of cyber security. These funds do not benefit Wave. Although applied up front to the first payment, the flat rate will cover the amount on the total summer package. Transactions 2 and 3 will be processed by Authorize.net, however NO fees will be forwarded for those. Credit card transactions and 3rd party processing for credit card transactions are standard practice for registrations/payments of all kinds and we have chosen to use a very secure provider for our members to use in conjunction with the webstore provider.
Return Policy
I understand that due to the nature and expense of pre-planned teams, tournaments, travel and practice, LA Wave/Coast to Coast LLC has a similar no refund policy as many sports organizations. In the event of major illness or season-ending injury, a request should be made in writing, accompanied by a doctors medical findings regarding the situation so it can be reviewed. It may be eligible for partial refund, or allocation to the next season at the discretion of LA Wave/Coast to Coach LLC.
