For all High School & Middle School players. Covers insurance, facility, coaches. PLEASE BRING: Reversible pinnie, full water bottle, ALL playing equipment, googles, mouthguard, cleats. Registration will confirm your spot on the I.D. Day/Evals attendance list either August 27th (primary Eval Day) or September 10th (back up with prior Wave approval.)

School address: 1440 E. Broadway, Glendale CA (GPS will bring you to the front on the school, however the Moyse Stadium Turf field is in the back.
TURF FIELD & PARKING are behind school on corners of CAMPUS RD & COLORADO AVE. Park in fenced lot (LOT 1 on corner of Campus & Colorado) and walk up the small metal staircase up to field level.
