Hannah Khin

A native of Portsmouth, NH...Hannah was recruited as a shutdown defender and became one of the most prolific scorers in Goucher College (Baltimore, Md.) history. She graduated in 2013, earning a degree in Psychology and Minor in Studio Art.

 

High School: 2x State Champion  | 4x NH All-State Team

 

At Goucher: Khin, was a midfielder and captain, has scored at least 40 goals in each season...4 year starter | holds Goucher’s 5th place all time record in career goals (208) | 4x  Landmark All-Conference | IWLCA Regional All-American | played in Amsterdam & Prague, coached clinics in Germany.

 

Fun Fact: Coach Stephanie Janice coached Hannah during the 2010 season when she was an Asst. Coach at Goucher.

 

Hannah is currently the assistant coach at Occidental for the women’s lacrosse program.  She has coached club in NH, prior to Wave, with Lighthouse Lacrosse Club. Khin played internationally at Durham University (UK) while pursuing her Masters Degree in Developmental Psychology (2013-2014): led the team to the 2014 Northern Premier League championship | British University of College Sport championship | voted MVP

 

 

Kelly LaLonde

A New York native…Kelly has been involved in setting our Strength & Conditioning workouts for Coast to Coast players and Wave practice stations, as well as coaching. Her energy for lacrosse and building better athletes is infectious.  She recently completed PCA Lacrosse Coaching program.

 

Graduated from Limestone College Fun Fact: Kelly was 2012 Class President at Limestone

 

A 4-year letter winner in lacrosse…majored in Physical Education and Strength and Conditioning.

 

HS lax: 2x Second-Team All-Monroe County | helped lead Rush Henrietta to Class A Championship, Sr. year | team captain | Most Improved Award, Jr. year. Also a talented swimmer - 3yr captain | State Qualifier in the 200-yard freestyle

 

Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist. Member of the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) and Association for Applied Sport Psychology (AASP). She is proficient in analysis of kimematic patterns like running, landing, jumping form as well as a keen developer of mental performance. She earned her Masters in Exercise & Sport Science, concentrating in Human Performance. Supervised several aspects of D1 intercollegiate teams at Ithaca College.

 

Kelly is currently in the field and performance enhancement at Google, as well as a personal trainer and runs private lessons. She is an assistant coach for West L.A. lacrosse

 

 

Victoria Roebuck

Victoria is slated to work with GK’s and the summer U15 teams as well as Wave.

Representing Philadelphia (Springside School)…A 2012 graduate of University of Richmond, Robins School of Business, earned 

her way to the starting goalie for the Spiders in 2011 & 2012 and finished with a 47% save avg.

 

In HS, Victoria earned All League 1st team | Upper Atlantic 1 Team at WDNT | team captain | prestigious Aimee Willard Award nominee | 2x Most Outstanding Athlete | Phyllis M. Vare Sportsmanship award | lettered in volleyball, field hockey and lacrosse

 

Fun facts: brother played football at the University of Tennessee (2003-2004)...brother played soccer at Howard University (2006-2007)

Cara Meade

Cara is slated to work with the WAVE HS & MS programs.

 

A fellow Baltimore native...Member of D1 Univ.of Oregon's 1st lacrosse team in 2005 and finished her career in the spring of 2009 after redshirting her third season. A starting midfielder and defender for the Ducks | 2X captain | MPSF All-Conference Team | 3X MPSF All-Academic honoree | 4th in GB's & Caused turnovers, 8th in Draws all time in Oregon record books | captain of defense who held opponents to lowest allowed in a season. Her repertoires is

 

Cara earned her MBA from Oregon in 2009 and recently moved to LA from New York for a position in digital media with the NFL. She volunteered with New York Cares and Brooklyn Lacrosse. Currently coaching West LA lacrosse, enjoys traveling, and exploring California.

 

 

 

Trish Moran-Bonagura

Trish Passafiume will be a U15 Red Coast to Coast coache, and will assist with Wave.

 

A native of Rockville Center, NY...Trish graduated from LIU –C.W. Post with a degree in Childhood Education - concentration in Psychology. An outstanding two-sport college athlete: four-year starter in lax & field hockey. 

 

She has brought her love of the game to Whittier College – as the head coach she is turning the program around and building skills and lax IQ among her players while building a sense of pride.

 

At LIU-CW Post: Trish is a 2001 National Champion, she set the program record for career points with 346 (216 goals, 130 assists) | 4X All-American | 2004 Tewaarton Trophy Nominee, Honda Award Nominee, and Division II Attacker of the year - led the NCAA in pts. per game in 2003 and '04, | 2x Final Four All-Tournament Team | LIU Hall of Fame, Class of 2013 | C.W. Post Women's Athlete of the Year (2004)

 

Fun Fact: Trish’s college coach is also a Maryland Terp, like Coach U. Her coach won several national championships

 

Coaching experience includes Head Coach at Queens College, Asst. Coach at Long Island University/ C.W. Post Campus (for lax and field hockey), Malloy College, Queens College

 

 

Staci Passafiume

Staci will be coaching our U15 Red team and assisting with Wave.

 

Another experienced NY native joins our staff. From Port Jefferson Station, Staci is a 2010 grad of C.W Post where she won the National Championship in 2007. Majored in Early Childhood Education, with a minor in English.  

 

Staci brings her east coast experience, having     been a Long Island Yellow Jacket club player in high school. She has coached in high school and college – currently the Associate Head Coach at Whittier College.

 

After returning to the Yellow Jackets club to coach, Staci then became an assistant coach at High Point University (coaching Goalies and the High Point Women’s Club Team.)  She then joined Coach Trish’s team as an assistant coach at Queens College helping their program reach its highest winning %.

 

On the field Staci was a 3X All American, 4X NCAA Final Four participant ECC All Conference, All-North Region and team captain. She ranks 4th all time in assists (113) at C.W. Post.

 

High School standout earning All-League and All County | lettered in soccer 4 years

 

Fun fact: Staci & Trish are both in the C.W. Post all time career record books. They did not play at the same time, and had different coaches, but Staci’s coach was also a Maryland Terp, like Coach U. Their college mascot: the Pioneer

Casey Brogran - Coach Casey
Allison Shamir

While fulfilling entrance requirements for Navy this summer, Allison will be back to coach with our Youth teams: U15, U13, Wave

 

Allison Shamir is a recent commit to the Naval Academy, to play lacrosse for Coach Michele Uhlfelder’s college coach - Cindy Timchal (formerly at University of Maryland.) Alli is a junior at Redondo Union HS and has participated in tournaments and showcases nation wide.  She is passionate about coaching, energetic, and aspires to be a collegiate coach. Formerly from Long Island, NY, Shamir’s family moved to Redondo two years ago.  First Team Bay League, Offensive Player of the Year, Scholar Athlete award at Redondo 2013-14.

Racquel Prager

Racquel will work as an assistant with U15 Red & Blue teams, as well as Wave.

 

Representing Long Island, NY (Seaford HS)…A 2012 graduate of Limestone College, earning her degree in Elementary Education. Limestone was nationally ranked and Racquel was a stand out. A college teammate of Wave/Coast to Coast Conditioning Coach Kelly LaLonde.

 

Racquel cruised into Limestone having played club lax for the Long Island Yellow Jackets. She was a 2x All-American | 1st team All Region | Conference Carolina Athlete of the Year | All Conference 1st Team & Conference Carolina All Academic Team | Sr. year ranked 13th in the country in scoring.

 

A standout HS athlete: 4 year started in soccer & lacrosse; also 4-year basketball player. Earned All-Nassau County

 

Racquel earned her Masters in Mathematics and is currently a 7th grade Math teacher. She’s bringing her experience to South Carolina where she is coaching and growing the sport at Dorman HS.
